Yes, Peiya mama decided to try and stay in the suburbs for a week!
Cliff papa will be away on business trip in Shanghai from Apr 4-9th, so in hope to spend more time before papa goes away, we travelled to Hsinchu again! Guess what? no matter what, it was difficult to stay home. The weather was gorgeous the entire week. We had to go out once the sun came out! Mama still took Miya out in her ergo & walked outside the house...around the community.
And finally, we caught a ride with papa and headed to visit an ex-coworker of mama. Regina gave birth to her 2nd baby Feb 24th & she had just returned home from the same postpartum center that mama stayed at.
Comparing to a 1 mth old... Miya has grown Soooo big!

On days when we are cooped up at home, mama dressed Miya up

ohh back to reality!
After a day of rest at home, we have another date lined up downtown! A lunch date with mama's ex work team-mates. Our research assistant has resigned & it's her farewell party~
We visited mama's ex co-worker's home 1st and cabbed to b3~ brunch, bar, bistro downtown~ Her boy is almost 2 years old and wasn't too keen on letting mama & Miya into his house initially... But he soon fell in love with Miya~ and protected Miya from a 3 year old next "table" neighbor gal who kept snatching his fries off his plate!
