To the park!

The funny thing with pushing the stroller, which I rarely do...besides going to the park with the dogs.

It's so easy to meet mums in the elevators everywhere. A mum asked me where did I get such cute clothes for such a small baby! baby GAP, i said! She's a full time mum pushing her 2 year old daughter in a stroller and we had a long chat till she got off the train.

Mama's floral arrangement teacher is holding an exhibit. Literally speaking, Miya is also her student, since mama was attending classes while pregnant.

White day

March 14th is white day~ it's only celebrated in asia, particularly Japan & Taiwan. It's one month after valentine's and girls would express their love to their other half, showering them with chocolates or gifts. Miya has become Cliff's little valentine & here's a huge smile to cliff daddy while he's busy working!

It was yet another cold day, we stayed home & Mama read a book about Mr Tickles.

Miya prefers laying on her tummy and holding her head up high after lying down for too long

Almost 3 months

On the 18th every month, I'm reminded of Miya's birth and how old she turns. Did I forget the birth process, Nope~! If you ask me if I want a 2nd baby soon, all I can say is, hold up! It seems so long ago when Miya was only a few days old, & in just 4 more days, Miya turns 3 months old.

Miya's naps have gotten shorter day by day. Every minute is so precious now when mama makes her breakfast, runs to the bathroom, surfs the web or spends some time with the dogs.

Miya is fascinated by a hanging garden of bee, butterfly, dragonfly, spider & flower, we bought from IKEA. Gives mama a break from having to chat all the time.

Miya loves talking, she smiles whenever someone approaches her. She'll chat for hours at night when grandpa is home. Another break time for mama to take a nice hot shower!

Tummy Time!

it's gotten colder, all dressed & ready to head out for her 2nd vaccination!

The nurse weighed her at the hospital, she's 5.6kg! I wonder when my shoulders & back will stop aching?! humph only on weekends when Cliff's back in taipei.

Yet another rainy weekend, we still headed out to curb our cravings for TOAST BOX~ milk tea & kaya toast from S'pore.

Speedy growth

At almost 2 months, Miya showed her 1st smile in the morning after she awakes. She's been smiling & getting all excited when we start rock & rolling her arms & feet with music. Recently she loves babbling, "ah-Gu", "ah-Bu"...! Most recently, Miya started noticing her hands and began licking her right fist, rubbing her ears with her left hand whenever she gets sleepy! It is amazing how much she's grown within 2 months. With the sunny and warmer weather this week, Miya's been enjoying more short outings to the park, the mall, the bank while mama runs her errands around town!
